Explore the desert on this 3-day excursion from Marrakech to Zagora and Chegaga. Departing from Marrakech, we’ll journey through stunning landscapes, including the Tizi n Tichka pass and the Draa Valley, with a visit to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. In Zagora, experience the desert’s beauty before heading to M’hamid and Erg Chegaga for a night in a bivouac camp. On the final day, we’ll return to Marrakech via the Anti-Atlas foothills and Tizi N’Tichka pass.

After pickup from your hotel or Riad in Marrakech, we will leave early in the morning on a 4×4 tour to the desert. We will cross the Tizi n Tichka pass, then we will visit the Kasbah of Telouet before descending towards the magnificent Ounila valley where we will take a break to visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. After the Tizi n’Tinifift pass we will cross the Draa valley passing by magnificent oases, palm trees and ksours. Night and dinner in Zagora.
After a short visit to the famous Koranic library of Tamegroute and the pottery workshops, we will continue our excursion to M’hamid el Ghizlane crossing magnificent sandy landscapes and desert vegetation. Arriving in Chegaga, we will go directly to a magnificent bivouac camp set up in the heart of the dunes. You will have the opportunity to take part in a camel ride in the dunes or take a short hike to admire the extraordinary landscapes of the dunes and the desert… Dinner and night in a Bivouac
After breakfast we will leave towards the foothills of the Anti-Atlas crossing the immense plateau LAKE IRIKI, Foum Zguid, Taznakht and Wawzguit or the capital of Berber carpets and saffron. We will also pass through Amerzegane to reach the Tizi N’Tichka pass on our way back to Marrakech.
