Embark on a captivating 7-day journey through the Moroccan desert, starting from the vibrant city of Marrakech. Traverse the majestic Tizin Tichka pass to reach Telouate and explore the historic Kasbah Ait Benhadou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue your adventure to Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara, and visit iconic film studios. Journey deeper into the desert, passing through Agdz and Zagora, until you reach the enchanting dunes of M’hamid. Experience the magic of Erg Chegaga, where you’ll ride camels, explore sacred oases, and camp beneath the starry desert sky. Discover the hidden gems of Tata and Tiout before returning to Marrakech, filled with unforgettable memories of your Moroccan desert expedition.

Depart around 9 am towards Ait Benhadou, crossing the high Tizin Tichka pass (2260 m). Enjoy a coffee break en route before reaching the Telouat Kasbah, one of the Lglaoui Kasbahs. Have lunch there, then visit the Ait Benhadou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the visit, head to Ouarzazate; you can visit the Cinema Studios if you wish before reaching the hotel.
Depart for M’hamid via Adez, passing through the Tizi-N-Tifntit pass (1760m). Continue to Agdz, with a panoramic view of the Draa Valley. Then, drive along the valley to Afraa. Have lunch in Zagora, stopping at Tamgroute to visit the Quranic library, underground kasbah, and pottery making. Finally, continue towards the desert. Arrive in Mhamid and spend the night in a desert camp.
In the afternoon, depart from M’hamid to Erg Chegaga. Cross the Erg Lbour and the Draa hamada, visit the sacred oasis, and arrive at the Chegaga dunes in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a wild camp in the Erg Chegaga sand sea.
Enjoy a camel ride and a 4×4 excursion to the sacred oasis. Have lunch in an oasis or with nomads. Return to the camp in the afternoon for another night in the Erg Chegaga sand sea.
In the morning, head to the Tata Oasis, crossing the dried-up Lake Iriqui and the fossil plateau. Take a photo break at the Moroccan desert’s Colorado. Continue to the Tata Oasis. Spend the night in a hotel after a coffee break in Foum Zguid.
After breakfast, head to the Tiout Oasis via the Anti Atlas, passing through the Takmout Oasis. Enjoy beautiful landscapes in the region. After lunch, continue to the Tiout Oasis near Taroudant. Dinner and overnight stay with locals.
Depart after breakfast via a mountain road, passing through Berber villages and scenic landscapes. Stop for photos and lunch before reaching Marrakech in the afternoon.
